From my 3 years experience I never had lost package but I had many times situation depends on location delays with delivery. Sometimes it is month sometimes 2 month. This spring I had situation when package to Moscow took 3.5 month. Your postal office is crazy and totally unresponsible. You will get it for sure but I cannot tell you how soon exactly. Package already in Russia..
